How can AI truly support health and wellbeing? Event on responsible AI innovation in healthcare

How can we ensure that artificial intelligence supports care in a responsible, ethical, and human-centered way? On Tuesday, 2 December 2025, from 09h00 to 13h30, we invite you to join us at the Learning & Innovation Center of the Vrije Universiteit Brussel (VUB) and Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB) for an inspiring half-day event on responsible AI innovation in (health)care.

This event is a joint initiative of the learning community ‘AI and ethics in practice’ (Knowledge Centre Data & Society) and the learning network of the ‘8 Caring Technology Principles’ (King Baudouin Foundation and Thomas More LiCalab). Together, we will explore how AI can contribute to innovation in healthcare while safeguarding ethical values, care practices, and human dignity.
